Privacy in Mr. Tech Suite

Updated 18 October 2026. Mr. Tech Co. operates Mr. Tech Suite as a catalog and workspace client connected to the existing Mr. Tech services.

Account and connected workspaces

Signing in uses the shared Mr. Tech account service. It processes your username, email, profile details, authentication credentials, account status, subscriptions and access permissions. Passwords are checked by the server and stored as password hashes. Session cookies are kept in the app's private browser profile. Mr. Tech Suite does not contain a separate account database or automatically create paid access.

Files and projects

Browsing the catalog does not upload your device files. A workspace can receive files that you choose through a file picker or camera action. Local processing, optional cloud storage, retention and output rules depend on that workspace. The identity-document workspace is described in the Mustamsakati privacy policy. Cloud projects are linked to your account and consume its configured storage allowance. Hosted processing is not end-to-end encrypted.

Device permissions and service records

Android requests camera access only when a supported workspace asks for it. The app does not request contacts, location, SMS, advertising ID, home-screen replacement or broad installed-app visibility. It uses the device's file picker for selected files. The shared service may record app/device identifiers, trial usage, access and export events to enforce account rules and protect the service. Hosting providers receive ordinary connection information such as IP addresses and request logs. The operator must maintain appropriate hosting retention and access controls.

Application management

Mr. Tech Suite stores the IDs, versions and files of its managed Windows packages locally. Android checks only the known published Mustamsakati package, not an inventory of unrelated applications. Package downloads go to Mr. Tech servers and are checked against the publisher signature and checksum. Android requires your system permission and confirmation before installing or uninstalling. Its temporary verified APK is deleted after the operation. Windows removal preserves documents outside the managed installation directory; Android removal can erase that application's local data. Save copies you need before confirming removal.

Preferences, sharing and external services

Language, appearance and session preferences are stored on the device. Selecting an external support or sharing link opens the chosen provider under its own policy. No advertising SDK is included in the native Suite. Web workspaces and their third-party dependencies must be assessed separately; this policy does not claim that unrelated sites you choose to visit collect no information.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your shared Mr. Tech account without reinstalling the app. Ownership is verified and an administrator reviews the request. Shared business projects require an ownership/data review. The request page explains the data affected and any retained anti-abuse or legally required records. Receiving a request is not confirmation that deletion is complete. Copies on your own devices or with recipients must be removed separately.
